This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services purchased through our website or directly via our sales team.

By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all service packages, subscriptions, and consulting engagements offered by InnovvaTek, including but not limited to:

  • AI-Allbound Lead Generation
  • Omnichannel Outreach Campaigns
  • SaaS Development Projects
  • Digital Transformation Consulting
  • Custom Strategy Packages
  1. Service Commitment and Billing Structure

InnovvaTek operates on a hybrid service model that includes both fixed-term commitments and rolling monthly services:

  • Initial 3-Month Commitment: All new service packages require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure adequate setup, delivery, and ROI analysis.
  • Non-Refundable Period: This 3-month period is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the client chooses to utilize all available services.
  • Ongoing Monthly Services: After the initial 3 months, services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs evolve. You may cancel your services under the following conditions:

      During the Initial 3-Month Commitment

  • Cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period.
  • Early termination does not waive your obligation to pay for the full 3-month term.

    After the Initial Term
  • You may cancel your ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Late cancellation requests (received less than 7 days prior) may result in charges for the following month.
  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of service: If InnovvaTek fails to initiate or deliver agreed-upon services and no work has been performed within 21 days of payment, a partial refund may be granted.
  • Duplicate payment: In cases where a payment is made in error (e.g., charged twice), a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued.
  • Mistaken transaction: If a payment is processed due to a technical issue or billing error, a refund will be issued upon verification.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@innovvagroup.com within 14 days of the transaction date.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Payments for any portion of the 3-month initial service term
  • Custom-built strategies, reports, code, or software delivered
  • Consulting hours already rendered
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
  • Discounts, promotions, or trial-period services
  1. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action to recover owed funds.

We encourage clients to reach out to our team first to resolve any billing issues amicably and efficiently.

  1. Refund Process and Timelines

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

InnovvaTek reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Clients will be notified via email or on our platform if significant changes are made to refund or cancellation terms.
